Swell, energy, innovation.
Discover our wave technology.
Based on the observation that swell is untapped natural energy and present on all our coastlines, Wave-op is at the service of the energy transition in port areas.
The Wave-op team designs, develops and markets solutions for the maritime industry, capable of transforming wave power into renewable energy and can be used locally.
ports in Europe
of usable coasts
of installable energy
A simple, adaptable technique.
The principle of wave energy recovery is based on a modular housing with a wave-activated oscillating flap that allows the operator to convert wave power in sustainable, local electricity.
Flexible and space-saving, this system can be easily adapted and integrated into onshore and nearshore systems, depending on the configuration of the targeted sea area.
A team of experts dedicated to innovation.
The Wave-Op project's key players are true experts in the maritime field, with backgrounds in the following sectors construction, energy, and all passionate about the ocean. Convinced that the power of the sea is a resource capable of providing controllable, inexhaustible energy.
